The greatest drummer of all time, to this day, Buddy Rich has been the catalyst for my passion and commitment to drumming stemming from influences early in my childhood. Buddy was known for his incredible speed and dexterity in stick control and technique and his explosive improvisational abilities around the drum set.

After many years of music industry experience I am coming close to the goal that i’d set myself along time ago to complete a music degree and the time is nearly here and I am very excited about teaching music in 2007. School music education is a great vehicle for developing and imparting knowledge. I also enjoy working with students with their performances and recitals and look forward to my future and what it may hold for me. I have enjoyed my time at Deakin University and you never know I might come back for more-maybe my masters!!
